In Russia, they are trying to block the supply of their oil to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This is reported by the Russian edition of “Kommersant”.
The publication says that Gazprom Neft demanded that buyers of its fuel disclose all companies to which it is subsequently resold.
According to the publication, this is due to reports of gray exports of Russian gasoline. Probably referring to reports that Ukrainian tanks can be fueled by Russian oil .
The Russians demand that the goods purchased from them be used only on the domestic market and not be sold to countries against which they have imposed sanctions or recognized international sanctions. Kommersant cites two such countries as an example: North Korea and Ukraine.
Information about buyers is of interest in the period from May 1 to July 21, the material says. Otherwise, the Russian Federation threatens to block the shipment of fuel.
