The presidential representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Fyodor Venislavsky, denied his own words that Ukrainian citizens who are registered with the military will be restricted from traveling abroad.
Now he says that the restrictions will apply only to women already mobilized into the army.
“As for the restriction on traveling abroad for women liable for military service, such a restriction will apply exclusively to women who have already been mobilized, in accordance with certain mobilization tasks. Since these women, having acquired the status of military personnel, acquire the corresponding rights and restrictions,” he said Venislavsky.
